All our treats and pastries are handmade and prepared to order using the freshest ingredients. To ensure understanding and a smooth ordering process, please familiarize yourself with our terms and return policy:
1. Orders and Cancellations
- Every order is considered confirmed only after the required deposit has been received.
- If you need to cancel your order, you must do so no later than 5 days before the scheduled pickup/delivery date to receive a full refund of your deposit.
- If canceled later than this timeframe, the deposit becomes non-refundable, as ingredients have likely already been purchased or preparation has begun.
2. Returns and Refunds for Perishable Goods
- Because our products are highly perishable, standard consumer return rights (such as 14 or 30-day return periods) do not apply. We do not accept returns and will not issue refunds simply because a product “was not to your taste” (as taste profiles are subjective).
- If you believe the quality upon receipt does not meet our standards, or a significant error was made on our part (e.g., entirely wrong flavor, severe visual damage upon pickup), please contact us within 24 hours, providing clear photographic evidence to our WhatsApp (click here). Each case will be evaluated individually to find an appropriate solution, compensation, or discount on a future purchase.
- Once the product has been handed over to you and leaves our premises, we accept no responsibility for any damage incurred (e.g., if the cake melts in a hot car, slips during transport, or is dropped). Please follow our transport and storage instructions carefully!
3. Allergies and Dietary Requirements
- We do not prepare products in a 100% allergy-free environment. Gluten, nuts, dairy, and eggs are regularly handled in our kitchen.
- The customer assumes full responsibility for warning us about any ingredients that could cause allergic reactions. We bear no medical liability in cases where clear and timely warnings were not provided, or if the customer suffers from extreme anaphylaxis (please read our dedicated Allergen Information page).
